D.M.V. Error Led to 400 Noncitizens Voting in New Jersey, Governor Says

A software glitch in 2023 at the New Jersey Department of Motor Vehicles led to roughly 6,600 noncitizens being registered to vote, Gov. Mikie Sherrill announced on Tuesday.
